SOFTSOUND® sound absorbents. SOFTSOUND® is a collection of sound absorbents and screens with a surface material in polyester felt. This design concept is applicable to areas where there is a need of a healthier environment through sound reduction. Examples of such areas are; the working place, conferance rooms, waiting areas, play areas and even at home.
The snowroom offers printed patterns on the felt surface.In our standard collection there are several patterns designed by The snowroom. We can easily change the colour of these patterns depending on the project they are aimed to match.Our design team also work with special designed patterns. In some cases we also cooperate with our own photographer for custom made images. As standard we offer the felt in the colours off-white, grey and anthracite black. For custom made projects, depending on volume, we can also offer red and apple green felt.
The screens are printed on one side as standard but can be ordered with double sided print. They are made in A-classes materials and function as both sound absorbent and sound blocker. The wall absorbents are an excellent choice when wanting to lower the reverberation of frequencies between 250-4000 Hz. Examples of noice between these frequencies are daily disturbants such as conversations in open work landscapes, chair squeek, telephone signals, noice from shoes, children screaming and playing.
The snowroom present a collection of ECO-friendly lighting for the kids room. The lamps are heat moulded in polyester fibre and therefore soft with a slightly harder surface. The polyester material is environmentally friendly, allergy free and is as raw matrial made from recycled PET-bottles. The light source is low energy light bulb 5 W, the cord is white as standard and the light can be seen as a mood light.
The lamps are S-marked and CE-marked and completely fire proof. The lamps are suitbable as decoration light, night light or care table light. All models can be placed free standing but the Light-horse comes with a wall-fitting. Inspired by the royal wedding between Crown Princess Victoria and Prins Daniel of Sweden we have released a lamp for small princes and princesses called Royal-light, equiped with a gold cord.
The snowroom presents you with a collection of furniture mainly purposed for public spaces such as waiting areas, lounges etc, but also for home environment.
